Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased for SWITCH. All purchases are final. In the event of an event being cancelled, we will refund all ticket purchases. In the event that you can not attend the re scheduled date, we will transfer your ticket to another date of your choosing.
You are more then welcome to re-sell your ticket, please make sure you give them your ticket confirmation.
Our dress code is no trackies or sports tops. No hats/caps and no outdoor coats or hoodies in the club (However there is a cloakroom). Trainers and Smart Cargos are allowed yes.
